如果你看見別人屋前種有火焰木，屋主常埋怨有股不知名的臭味當門前紅花盛放時便會察覺，你又會否為屋主被強迫挨上惡臭而不值？

我們總會以自己的喜好來給別人評分，而忘卻當事人的感受．香氣和臭氣都可以是厭惡性的味道，重要的是屋主是否接受．

Someone plants White Champak (Michelia x alba) in their front door.  The flowers spread the aroma to indoor all through the year.  You envy the owner as he can enjoy the natural fragrance, don』t you?  

Someone has African Tulip trees (Spathodea campanulata) in front of the house.  The owner always complains that there is an unknown odor, especially when the flowers bloom in red.  Then, will you feel sorry for the owner who is forced to suffer from the stench? 

We always use our own preferences to measure others and forget their feelings.  Both aroma and odor can be disgusting, depending on whether the owner accepts it or not.
